Order Processing

Pennine Fabrics aims to dispatch all stock orders within 48 hours of purchase. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, dispatch times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, and other operational factors.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full, including any applicable taxes, duties, or charges due at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Once goods have been dispatched, delivery times are dependent upon the chosen carrier and destination.

Pennine Fabrics shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, all import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Pennine Fabrics.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local import regulations applicable in their country.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
